The F0480 RF Variable Gain Amplifiers (VGA) featuring Glitch-Free™ and Zero-Distortion™ technologies greatly reduces attenuation overshoot during attenuation 状态 changes and provides +41dBm OIP3 performance across a very wide bandwidth of 400MHz to 2700MHz at a typical current drain of 100mA. Furthermore, the device is internally matched so there is no need to optimize external matching elements.
