Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with overall business growth objectives.
Supervise sales teams across key markets, including America, Europe, and China, setting performance targets and providing leadership.
Directly manage and drive sales in India, identifying new market opportunities and building key customer relationships.
Ensure alignment of sales initiatives with market demands, continuously adapting strategies to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives.
2. Pricing & Commercial Strategy
Oversee the development and execution of competitive pricing strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Lead the commercial strategy, ensuring that pricing models, rebate structures, and contracts are aligned with regional market dynamics and customer expectations.
Collaborate with finance to optimize margins and establish pricing frameworks that drive long-term growth.
3. Sales Operations Management
Manage all sales operations functions, including demand forecasting, supply chain coordination, and business intelligence to support decision-making.
Ensure the sales teams have the tools, systems, and resources to operate efficiently, optimizing processes for order management and customer engagement.
Oversee distributor operations and ensure alignment with sales objectives, streamlining processes for better market coverage and inventory control.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Act as a key point of contact for major customer accounts, overseeing contract negotiations and managing escalations when necessary.
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective support across global markets.
5. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a global sales and operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Set clear performance metrics for sales and operations teams, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to achieve company targets.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills, resources, and knowledge to execute sales strategies and drive growth.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align sales strategies with production capacity and customer demand.
Work closely with marketing communications to ensure brand consistency and effective go-to-market strategies across all regions.
Partner with finance, legal, and operations to ensure contract compliance, risk management, and financial viability of sales initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12+ years in sales and sales operations, preferably in the semiconductor or technology sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in managing global sales teams and driving revenue growth across multiple regions.
Strong expertise in pricing strategy, distributor management, and overseeing sales operations.
