F0180 is a high-performance low-noise amplifier designed to operate in the 0.4 - 6 GHz spectrum covering the coveted 5G NR bands like n77, n78, among many other bands in the frequency range. F0180 delivers best-in-class NF of 0.6dB at 3.6 GHz, while achieving 21dB gain and >32 dBm OIP3 with >20 dBm OP1. F0180 is a standalone solution for a wide operating spectrum, covering applications such as 4G LTE and 5G NR.
