We are seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage the end-to-end flow of materials and ensure timely product delivery in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role involves demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination. You will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics 团队s to optimize supply chain operations. 职责 include monitoring material availability, reducing supply chain risks, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candi日期 should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or 高-tech manufacturing is preferred. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting customer demand while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery targets.

职责 

• Responsible for Supply  Execution  of Axiro Semiconductor IC 产品 to meet customer delivery and product revenue
• Interface with outsource manufacturing partners (Foundries/OSAT’s)to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production 订单s
• Generate and monitor material 要求, capa城市 要求, and build plan schedules aligning with Monthly Forecasts/Build Plan Execution and develop a  strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
• Resolve supply constraints with outsource manufacturing partners (Foundries/OSAT’ss) and ensure both capa城市 al地点 and material 要求 to avoid any delivery issues
• Track WIP Reports and analyze them in 细节 to ensure smooth manufacturing flow end to end to remove constraints/bottlenecks. Define/帮助 develop auto Report generation for smooth manufacturing flow control.
• 帮助 Management on  finished goods Inventory tracking, Excess and Obsolescence and 其他 critical operational metrics to drive a low-cost and efficient supply chain while maximizing revenue
• Manage customer expedites and push out
• 支持 the planning and introduction of new 产品

要求

• Bachelor's degree in relevant Field of Science/Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics with minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain planning/production in semi 产品 fabless companies.
• Semiconductor planning experience preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills are must with fluent English/Mandarin Language skills.
• Advanced knowledge in MS office 应用s/ Excel, SAP etc.
