We are seeking an experienced Product Line Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of semiconductor 产品. In this role, you will own thebusiness and technical direction of the product line, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer 要求, and 公司 objectives. You will play a critical role in drivingrevenue growth, profitability, and innovation across the product lifecycle.​

This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, with experience in semiconductor technologies and global market dynamics.​

Product Line Strategy: Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product line to meet business objectives and market demands.​

Business Ownership: Manage P&L for the product line, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and profitability targets.​

Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market re搜索 to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.​

Cross-功能al Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and 销售 团队s to ensure successful product development and delivery.​

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, understand their 要求, and position 产品 to meet their needs.​

Ecosystem Development: Establish partnerships with IP vendors, EDA tool providers, and technology partners to strengthen the product ecosystem.​

Go-to-Market Execution: Drive product launches, marketing campaigns, and 销售 enablement activities to maximize market penetration.​

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, supply chain, and market dynamics.​

要求

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.​

Experience: 15+ years in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in product management or business leadership roles.​

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, SoC 建筑学s, and market 应用s.​

Business Acumen: Pr烤箱 ability to manage P&L, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth.​
