We are seeking an experienced Product & Test Engineering (PE/TE) Manager to oversee product engineering and test development activities for our semiconductor solutions. Inthis role, you will lead a 团队 responsible for ensuring product quality, reliability, and manufacturability from design through 高-volume production. You will play a critical role indefining test strategies, optimizing yield, and driving cost-effective solutions.​

This position requires strong technical expertise in semiconductor test methodologies, product engineering processes, and 高-volume manufacturing, combined with leadershipand cross-功能al collaboration skills.​

职责 

• Manage and mentor product and test engineering 团队s, fostering technical excellence and operational efficiency.​
• Define and implement test strategies for new product introductions, including wafer sort, final test, and system-level test.​
• Analyze test data to improve yield, reliability, and performance while reducing test time and cost.​
• Work closely with design, validation, packaging, and manufacturing 团队s to ensure seamless productization.​
• Coordinate with OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) and 其他 partners to ensure robust test processes.​
• Lead root cause analysis for test escapes and yield issues, driving corrective 动作.​
• Develop and implement best practices for test automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.​
• Provide technical 支持 for customer qualification and resolve product-related issues.​

要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.​
• 10+ years in semiconductor product/test engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.​
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, ATE platforms, and statistical data analysis.​
• Pr烤箱 ability to diagnose and resolve complex yield and test issues.​
• Ability to lead and develop 高-performing 团队s.​
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.​
• Experience working with OSATs and global manufacturing partners.
