Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with semiconductor industry standards, ensuring robust 文档 control, audit readiness, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and foundry 要求 across the product lifecycle

职责 

• Maintain and improve QMS aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and JEDEC standards
• 支持 foundry audits, customer audits, and certification audits
• Drive CAPA, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and change control processes
• Ensure compliance with reliability and qualification 要求 (JEDEC, AEC-Q100 where applicable)
• 支持 management re查看s and report quality system performance
• Manage engineering and quality 文档:
  • Control plans
  • Process flows
  • FMEAs
  • Qualification reports (HTOL, HTSL, TC, HAST, etc.)
  • 数据表s and product change notices (PCNs)
• Ensure strict version control, traceability, and document lifecycle management
• Handle ECO/ECN (Engineering Change 订单s/Notices) processes
• Maintain compliance with document retention policies and audit 要求
• Drive adherence to semiconductor quality processes across design, wafer fabrication, assembly, and test
• 支持 New Product Introduction (NPI) with 文档 readiness and qualification tracking
• Monitor and improve quality metrics (DPPM, PPM, yield trends, reliability data)
• Standardize processes across internal 团队s and external foundries/OSAT partners
• Work closely with:
  • Design and Product Engineering
  • Foundry and OSAT partners
  • Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Reliability 团队s
• Ensure alignment of 文档 with customer 要求 and specifications
• Provide 支持 for customer data requests, audits, and compliance 文档
• Lead and 支持:
  • Internal audits
  • Customer audits
  • Foundry/OSAT audits
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective 动作
• Maintain readiness for regulatory and customer compliance checks

要求

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Semiconductor manufacturing flow (fab, assembly, test)
  • JEDEC standards and reliability testing (HTOL, HTSL, HAST, TC)
  • ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 QMS 要求
• Expertise in:
  • Document control systems (PLM, Agile, Windchill, SAP)
  • Change management (ECO/ECN/PCN processes)
  • Quality tools (8D, RCA, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Minitab preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Semiconductor / 工业的 Engineering
• Certifications preferred:
  • ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Lead Auditor
  • Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
