We are seeking an experienced Director of 销售 to lead and scale our global 销售 organization, driving revenue growth and strategic customer engagement across the semiconductor market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing 销售 strategies, managing key customer relationships, and building a 高-performing 销售 团队 focused on achieving aggressive growth objectives.

You will work closely with executive leadership, product management, marketing, 应用s engineering, and operations 团队s to identify market opportunities, secure strategic design wins, and accelerate adoption of our semiconductor portfolio. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, business acumen, and technical understanding of semiconductor solutions and 目标应用s.

• 销售 Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute global 销售 strategies to achieve revenue, market 分享, and profitability objectives.
• Revenue Growth: Drive new business opportunities, expand strategic accounts, and maximize revenue across existing and emerging markets.
• 团队 Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a 高-performing 销售 organization, including direct 销售, channel partners, and regional representatives.
• Key Account Management: Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with 汽车 OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, 工业的 customers, 分销商, and strategic partners.
• Design Win Leadership: Drive design-in and design-win initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer 要求 and 公司 product offerings.

• Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, pricing agreements, supply commitments, and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Cross-功能al Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, operations, and supply chain 团队s to ensure successful customer outcomes and product delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, market trends, customer 要求, and emerging technologies to influence product strategy and investment decisions.
• Executive Reporting: Provide regular business up日期s, 销售 metrics, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years of 销售, business development, or commercial leadership experience within the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in a senior 销售 management role.
• Semiconductor Expertise: Strong understanding of semiconductor 产品 including MCUs, MPUs, SoCs, Mixed-Signal ICs, Analog Devices, Sensors, Connectivity Solutions, and Embedded Systems.
• 汽车 & 工业的 Markets: Experience selling into 汽车 OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, 工业的 customers, and emerging edge AI markets preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Pr烤箱 ability to build, lead, and motivate 高-performance 销售 organizations across multiple regions.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated success managing revenue growth, strategic planning, pricing strategies, and key customer relationships.
• Negotiation Skills: Extensive experience leading commercial negotiations, strategic agreements, and long-term customer partnerships.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, from engineering 团队s to C-suite executives.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities.
• Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to 支持 customers, partners, and industry events.

要求

• Existing relationships with major 汽车 OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, 分销商, and semiconductor ecosystem partners.
• Experience leading 销售 organizations focused on 汽车, edge AI, digital cockpit, ADAS, Vision systems, 工业的 automation, and embedded computing markets.
• Familiarity with 汽车 standards and ecosystems including AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO 21434.
• Experience managing both direct and channel 销售 organizations on a global scale.
