We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO 功能al Consultant to take ownership of Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes within our global SAP landscape. This role requires strong 功能al expertise across all core FICO areas, a good understanding of global financial operations, and the ability to lead solution delivery in a cross-功能al, international environment. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and public cloud will be a strong advantage.

职责 

• Lead and 支持 global SAP FICO processes including configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
• Engage with finance and business stakeholders to gather 要求 and design FICO solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and configure FICO modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting
  • Cost C进入 and Profit C进入 Accounting, Internal 订单s, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
  • Taxation setups for global entities (GST, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.)
• Handle inter公司 trans动作, cross-公司 postings, foreign 货币 valuation, and period-end closing.
• 支持 integration of FICO with 其他 SAP modules (MM, SD, PS) and external systems.
• Assist in S/4HANA migrations or new rollouts across countries or legal entities.
• Participate in fit-gap analysis, solution 文档, and testing activities.
• Provide end-user training and 支持 during and post-implementation.
• Collaborate with internal 团队s, partners, and auditors to ensure system compliance and controls.

要求

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and 支持
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end financial processes and controlling operations in a global setup
• Proficient in FICO configurations and business process mapping
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud) preferred
• Familiarity with statutory reporting, international tax structures, and multi-货币 environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; SAP Certification preferred

 

Preferred/Additional Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a strong plus
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, IFRS, and global accounting standards
• Ability to work across time zones and diverse cultural environments
