As a Senior Validation Engineer in mmwave/RF IC group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of RF & mmwave 产品 (such as beamformers, up/downconverters, LNAs, PAs, etc.) through comprehensive final test implementation. You will be responsible for the ATE final test development of mmWave/RF projects and be the leading force in the development cycle of Axiro’s innovative test solutions.

• Delivering 高-quality test solutions for complex RF/mmWave front-end ICs.
• Developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test procedures based on RF/mmwave product specifications and 要求.
• Designing and executing test setups using automated test equipment (ATE), probe stations, oscilloscopes, and 其他 testing tools.
• Programming and scripting in languages such as Python, C, or C++ to automate test processes and analyze test data.
• Conducting thorough test validation and verification to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.
• Collaborating with cross-功能al 团队s including design engineers, manufacturing 团队s, and quality assurance (QA) 团队s to 地址 technical issues and optimize testing processes.
• Analyzing test results, identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and generating detailed test reports and 文档.
• Planning and overseeing the loadboard hardware development for RF & mmwave IC 产品.
• Staying up日期d with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in semiconductor testing methodologies.

要求

• Test Engineer with 3-8 Years experience developing hardware and software at Wafer Sort and Final Test for RF & mmwave IC 产品.
• Experience using Advantest 93k, Teradyne MicroFlex, and 其他 establish automated tester solutions.
• Previous experience and product track record with 高 performance RFIC test development (experience on beamformer IC is a big plus).
• Fundamental RF knowledge including main RF performance specifications such as 获得, Return loss, NF, P1dB, IP3, ACPR, EVM, etc.
• Experience using I2C, I3C, and SPI protocol.
• Understand procedures such as GR&R, HTOL, Characterization.
• Prior experience leading external contractors for test hardware and software development.
