We are seeking a hands-on Hardware Lab Technician to 支持 hardware development, testing, and debugging activities.

职责 

• Assemble and disassemble electronic systems, proto类型s, and test setups.
• 支持 board bring-up, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
• Perform rework, component replacement, and basic soldering activities.
• Assist engineers with hardware testing, validation, and 文档.
• Set up and maintain laboratory equipment and test benches.
• Track proto类型s, cables, components, and lab inventory.

要求

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• 5+ Experience in hardware assembly, debugging, and laboratory 支持.
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and logic analyzers.
• Good troubleshooting skills for PCB- and system-level issues.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, rework, and cable assembly.

Preferred:

• Experience 支持ing R&D or product development 团队s.
• Knowledge of PCB assembly processes and ESD-safe handling practices.
