We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations in the semiconductor industry. The role involves managing production planning, supplier coordination, logistics, inventory, and delivery commitments while working closely with foundries, OSAT partners, and internal 团队s.

职责 

SCM Head

• Own foundry capa城市 and wafer planning across both production and NPI programs, ensuring build plans are 后退ed by a reliable supply commitment
• Own assembly, packaging, and test (APT) planning, coordinating with OSAT partners from lot release through finished goods handoff
• Own production control, converting demand and 销售 forecast into an executable build plan across foundry, assembly, and test
• Own on-time delivery performance and PGI 日期 accuracy, setting and revising 日期s based on lead time, inventory on hand, 销售 forecast, and 后退log
• Identify supplier risks proactively (capa城市, quality, geopolitical, single-source exposure) and drive mitigation plans before they impact delivery
• Own inbound and outbound logistics, including 文档, customs coordination, and logistics partner management
• Own supply chain readiness for NPI, ensuring foundry, assembly, and test partners are qualified and capa城市-committed ahead of milestones
• Manage the operating relationship with foundry, OSAT, and logistics partners, acting as the primary escalation point for execution issues
• Coordinate cross-功能ally with 销售, finance, quality, and special projects/deal 团队s to ensure supply chain is never the blocker in business decisions

要求

• Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain, including foundry, OSAT (assembly, packaging, test), and logistics operations
• Experience with AVL/qualification processes and coordinating engineering builds alongside production
• Strong analytical skills for demand-supply planning, capa城市 forecasting, and inventory management
• Ability to set and defend delivery commitments (PGI 日期s) based on multiple, often changing inputs
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
• Working knowledge of import/出口 compliance and trade 文档
• Ability to identify and mitigate supply chain risk proactively, not just react to disruptions
• Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Clear, precise communication, particularly around commitments and their revisions

Experience

• 12 to 15 years in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, or Operations within semiconductor or related manufacturing industries
• Experience managing both NPI and production supply chains simultaneously
• Pr烤箱 experience working with foundries, OSATs, and logistics partners in a fabless or fab-lite environment
