职责 

Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and re查看 corporate tax returns and ensure timely filings.
• Manage GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Assist in TDS compliance and quarterly filings.

International Tax & Transfer Pricing:

• Understanding of transfer pricing 文档 and benchmarking studies.
• Assist in handling international tax matters including DTAA interpretations and withholding tax.

Tax Planning & Advisory:

• Provide 支持 in evaluating tax implications of business trans动作.
• Assist in identifying tax-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with internal 部门s and external consultants for tax-related matters.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of tax queries.

要求

• CA qualification with 4–5 years of experience in an in-house tax 部门 or consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws including Income Tax, GST, and Transfer Pricing.
• Exposure to international taxation and cross-b订单 trans动作 is preferred.
• Experience in handling tax matters of 其他 countries will be added advantage.
