We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize test solutions for semiconductor 产品. In this role, you will be responsible for creating testprograms, validating 功能ality, and ensuring product quality and reliability from proto类型 through 高-volume production. You will play a critical role in enabling efficientmanufacturing and delivering robust 产品 to market.​

This position requires strong expertise in semiconductor testing methodologies, ATE (Automated Test Equipment) platforms, and data analysis techniques.​

• Design and implement test programs for wafer sort, final test, and system-level testing using ATE platforms
• Perform 功能al validation of test programs and debug issues related to hardware, software, and test flows
• Analyze test data to identify yield trends, optimize test coverage, and improve product quality.
• Reduce test time and cost through efficient test strategies and automation
• Work closely with design, product engineering, and manufacturing 团队s to ensure smooth productization
• Investigate test escapes and failures, driving root cause analysis and corrective 动作
• Maintain detailed 文档 of test procedures, results, and best practices.​
• Identify opportunities to enhance test methodologies and implement process improvements

要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.​
• 5+ years in semiconductor test engineering or related roles
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest), and statistical data analysis
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl) and test development environments
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex test and yield issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively with cross-功能al 团队s and external partners
