Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation semiconductor products. In this role, you will design, verify, and optimize analog IP blocks and mixed-signal interfaces that meet stringent performance, power, and area requirements. You will play a critical role in enabling advanced SoC solutions through robust and innovative analog design.

This position requires deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, simulation, and verification, along with strong knowledge of semiconductor processes and system-level integration.

Responsibilities 

•Analog & Mixed-Signal Design:Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits such as PLLs, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, and high-speed interfaces.

•Specification & Architecture:Define specifications and architecture for analog IP blocks based on system requirements.

•Simulation & Verification:Perform detailed circuit simulations (SPICE, Monte Carlo, corner analysis) and ensure compliance with performance targets.

•Layout Collaboration: Work closely with layout engineers to ensure optimal floorplanning and layout for performance and reliability.

•Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with SoC architects, digital designers, and packaging teams to ensure seamless integration of analog IP.

•Technology Evaluation: Assess new process technologies and design techniques to improve performance and efficiency.

•Post-Silicon Support: Assist in silicon validation, characterization, and debug of analog/mixed-signal circuits.

•Documentation: Create detailed design documentation and contribute to technical collateral for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

•Experience: 8+ years in analog/mixed-signal design for semiconductor products.

•Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles, mixed-signal interfaces, and semiconductor process technologies.

•Tools & Methodologies:Proficiency in SPICE-based simulation tools and analog verification methodologies.

•Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex design challenges.

•Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

•Collaboration: Experience working with layout, packaging, and system engineering teams.
