Bias Controllers
Axiro offers Bias Controllers for delivering stable and reliable biasing to RF power amplifiers. Engineered for both GaN and LDMOS applications, the bias controllers are equipped with high-efficieny Digital-to-Analog Convertoers (DACs) and Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) and stacked with supplementary performance blocks that include temperature sensors, current sensors and a reconfigurable EEPROM with a look-up-table (LUT). The Bias contorllers are also equipped with fast output switching for TDD applications. With precise and programmable bias generation, Axiro's legacy Bias Controller portfolio cater to various applications acorss 5G/6G mMIMO and Marco base stations and other wireless infrastructure.
