Distribution Management

Job Description

Drive and achieve Axiro Semiconductor’s global revenue targets by effectively managing global distributor networks, expanding mass market customer coverage, and ensuring strong alignment between distributors, customers, and internal Business Units (BUs).

Responsibilities 

    Distributor Management

    • Own and manage relationships with global and regional distributors.
    • Lead contract management and commercial agreements with distributors.
    • Define distributor KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Guide distributors on target customers, market focus, and product positioning.
    • Manage distributor registrations and approval processes.
    • Resolve disputes between distributors in a fair and timely manner.
    • Conduct regular weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with distributors.
    • Ensure distributors are fully trained and informed on Axiro technologies, product portfolio, and target applications.
    • Ensure correct and up-to-date sales collateral is available and properly positioned at distributors.
    • Own distributor demands end-to-end, challenge and prioritize requests when needed, and serve as the key interface between distributors and Axiro leadership.

    Customer & Market Development

    • Maintain and grow the global mass market customer base.
    • Identify, develop, and onboard new mass market customers, both through direct engagement and via distributor channels.
    • Understand customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions from Axiro’s product portfolio.
    • Support demand creation activities together with distributors and regional sales teams.
    • Take ownership of margin decisions for customer-specific orders in alignment with internal policies.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Act as the primary bridge between customers, distributors, and internal Business Units (BUs).
    • Manage and align discussions between BUs and customers to ensure technical and commercial clarity.
    • Work closely with regional sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Collaborate hand-in-hand with Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, order processing, and on-time delivery.

    Sales Operations & Systems

    • Ensure efficient and disciplined use of Salesforce for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
    • Oversee inventory and POS (Point of Sale) management with distributors.
    • Support demand forecasting and supply alignment activities.

    Events & Market Presence

    • Attend and represent Axiro Semiconductor at global seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.
    • Leverage events to expand customer base, strengthen distributor relationships, and gather market intelligence.
