The F84010 is a 1.8GHz to 2.2GHz multi-chip Doherty power amplifier module. The device is housed in an SMT package with RF input and output matched to 50 Ohms.
The highly integrateed single-channel module is designed to achieve up to 16W average output power (10dB output back-off) with high efficiency and gain.
