We are seeking an experienced Ecosystems Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships that enable the successful adoption of our semiconductor 产品. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with technology partners, IP vendors, EDA tool providers, and industry alliances to create a robust ecosystem that 支持s our product roadmap and customer success.​

This position requires strong technical knowledge of semiconductor technologies, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive collaborative initiatives across multiple stakeholders.​

• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with IP vendors, EDA tool providers, OSATs, and technology partners.​
• Define and execute an ecosystem strategy that aligns with product development and market expansion goals.​
• Work closely with 建筑学, design, 应用s engineering, and marketing 团队s to ensure ecosystem readiness for new product introductions.​
• Facilitate integration of third-party IP, tools, and solutions into our design and development flows.​
• Represent the 公司 in industry forums, standards committees, and consortiums to influence technology trends and standards.​
• Collaborate with partners to deliver joint solutions that enhance customer experience and accelerate time-to-market.​
• Identify ecosystem gaps and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth product execution.​

要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.​
• 10+ years in semiconductor industry roles, with experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, or business development.​
• Strong understanding of SoC 建筑学s, IP integration, EDA tools, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.​
