Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecosystems Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships that enable the successful adoption of our semiconductor products. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with technology partners, IP vendors, EDA tool providers, and industry alliances to create a robust ecosystem that supports our product roadmap and customer success.​

This position requires strong technical knowledge of semiconductor technologies, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive collaborative initiatives across multiple stakeholders.​

Responsibilities 

• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with IP vendors, EDA tool providers, OSATs, and technology partners.​
• Define and execute an ecosystem strategy that aligns with product development and market expansion goals.​
• Work closely with architecture, design, applications engineering, and marketing teams to ensure ecosystem readiness for new product introductions.​
• Facilitate integration of third-party IP, tools, and solutions into our design and development flows.​
• Represent the company in industry forums, standards committees, and consortiums to influence technology trends and standards.​
• Collaborate with partners to deliver joint solutions that enhance customer experience and accelerate time-to-market.​
• Identify ecosystem gaps and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth product execution.​
• Maintain clear documentation of ecosystem partnerships and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.​

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.​
• 10+ years in semiconductor industry roles, with experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, or business development.​
• Strong understanding of SoC architectures, IP integration, EDA tools, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.​
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across global organizations.​
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.​
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making.​
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve ecosystem-related challenges.​
