Environment & Regulatory Compliance Officer

Axiro is seeking a skilled Environment, Product & Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our 团队. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of environmental, product, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, standards, and certifications. The ideal candi日期 will possess a deep understanding of regulatory 要求 and demonstrate strong cross-功能al communication and interface skills.

This role is expected to make a significant impact on Axiro’s operations by ensuring that our environmental and product compliance programs are fully aligned with the 公司’s business objectives and strategic goals.

职责 

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Legal or related field.
    • Additional certifications in regulatory compliance, environmental management, or product safety are a plus.
    • 3–5 years of experience in environmental, product, or regulatory compliance, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, electronics, or similar industries.
    • Experience with international standards and certifications (e.g., RoHS, REACH, ISO 14001 etc.) is 高ly desirable.
    • Semiconductor / chip 后退ground experience desirable
    • Strong understanding of domestic and international regulatory frameworks affecting 产品 and environment.
    • Familiarity with environmental management systems and product compliance processes.
    • Knowledge of auditing, 文档, and reporting 要求.
    • Proficiency in compliance management tools, 文档 systems, and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to stay up日期d on changing regulations and industry trends.
    • Experience working in SAP and global trade management tools preferable.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make timely decisions.
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

    1. Regulatory Compliance Management

    Monitor, interpret, and implement applicable environmental, product, and regulatory laws and standards across regions.

    Ensure all 公司 operations, 产品, and processes meet local and international regulatory 要求.

    1. Product Compliance & Certification

    Manage product certification processes (RoHS, REACH, ISO 14001, etc.) as required for global markets.

    Maintain 文档 for compliance audits and inspections.

    1. Environmental Compliance & Sustainability

    支持 environmental initiatives, sustainability goals, and compliance with regulations.

    Track environmental performance and report compliance metrics to Management.

    1. Cross-功能al Collaboration

    Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain 团队s to ensure compliance is embedded in product design, production, and distribution.

    Provide guidance on regulatory impacts for new 产品 or processes.

    1. Audits & Risk Management

    Conduct internal audits and 支持 external regulatory audits.

    Identify compliance risks and implement corrective/preventive 动作.

    1. Training & Awareness

    Conduct compliance training sessions for employees and stakeholders.

    Promote awareness of regulatory and environmental standards across the organization.

    1. Compliance

    Ensuring product and packaging compliance with environmental regulatory material 要求 and product material certifications or test data.

    Managing product environmental governance data and 支持ing Axiro's commitment to achieving Net-Zero emissions.

    Engaging with suppliers and 支持ing Axiro's ESG and sustainability 要求.

    1. Continuous Improvement

    Keep up-to-日期 with regulatory changes and industry best practices.

    Recommend and implement improvements to compliance processes and systems
