职位描述

职责 

1. Customer Engagement & Pre-销售 支持

Understand customer system 建筑学s and map them to Axiro's product capabilities
Deliver technical presentations, performance demos, and 建筑学-fit consultations
Collaborate with 销售 Engineers to translate engagement into design-in opportunities

2. Design-In Enablement & Ramp-Up

支持 system-level integration of beamforming and RF front-end ICs while assisting in bring-up and tuning during EVT, DVT, and PVT stages
Troubleshoot customer integration issues and coordinate with internal engineering on timely resolution
Provide feed后退 to internal 团队s for product enhancement based on field observations

3. Technical 支持 & Solutions

Offer hands-on 支持 at customer sites for configuration, optimization, and debugging
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to 目标应用s and performance criteria
Deliver expert guidance on use-case-specific implementation strategies and maintain responsiveness to customer queries through all technical stages

4. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Act as a liaison between customer and Axiro’s engineering, product definition, and product marketing 团队s
Collaborate with Product Definition and BU 应用 engineering 团队 to develop technical training collaterals, quick-start guides, and 应用 notes
Capture voice-of-customer insights and feed them into the product definition process
Contribute to 团队 knowledge base through regular feed后退 loops and field debriefs

5. Relationship Management & Growth Enablement

Build strong long-term technical relationships with engineering and procurement stakeholders
Monitor customer success post-deployment and propose future roadmap alignment
支持 channel partners and distributor enablement through training sessions and technical Q&A
Represent Axiro at key industry events and technical forums with a solution-oriented mindset
 

要求

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering
• Experience: 8-10 years in field 应用s, RF system design, or 雷达 hardware development
• Familiarity with phased arrays, beamforming, and front-end signal chains
• Experience with tools like ADS, HFSS, MATLAB/Python, and RF test equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer)
• Understanding of design validation phases (EVT, DVT, PVT)
• Proficient in using CRM tools, interpreting market data, and preparing 行动able insights for 销售 and engineering 团队s
• Skilled at objection handling, post-销售 follow-up, and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work cross-功能ally with technical and commercial stakeholders
