Experience – 4 to 7 Years

• Manage customer complaints and RMA processes
• Lead failure analysis (FA) and resolution of field returns
• Drive 8D reports and customer communication
• Track and improve customer quality metrics (DPPM, PPM, warranty returns)
• Collaborate with internal 团队s for root cause and corrective 动作
• 支持 customer audits and quality re查看s
• Ensure timely reporting and closure of customer issues
• Analyze field data trends and reliability issues
• Participate in customer meetings, QBRs, and escalation handling
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective 动作 (8D, CAPA)
• Monitor and improve supplier performance metrics (PPM, DPPM, OTD, COPQ)
• Work with suppliers on process capability improvement (Cp, Cpk)
• 支持 new product introduction (NPI) and supplier readiness
• Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)

• Strong knowledge of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan
• Strong knowledge of customer quality processes and complaint handling
• Expertise in RMA management and failure analysis
• Familiarity with reliability testing (HTOL, HTSL, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to handle customer escalations professionally
• Strong experience in:
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• 8D problem-solving methodology
• Quality metrics (DPPM, PPM, Yield)
• Knowledge of:
• Quality Management Systems (ISO/IATF)
• Statistical tools and data analysis
