• We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning professional to lead end-to-end supply planning and execution for a fabless semiconductor business. The role is responsible for developing and executing supply plans across wafer fabrication, assembly, test, and finished goods while ensuring alignment with customer demand, manufacturing capa城市, and business objectives. The ideal candi日期 will have strong experience working directly with semiconductor foundries and OSAT partners, driving production planning, inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and supply chain risk management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, VBA, and automation tools.
• APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

End-to-End Supply Planning & Execution

• Formulate and maintain comprehensive supply plans across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test phases, balancing customer 后退log and demand forecasts a获得st manufacturing capa城市.
• Direct production schedules, managing wafer starts and releases to consistently meet customer commitments and corporate revenue targets.
• Optimize global inventory health, strategically balancing customer service levels with working capital and inventory-turn targets.

Partner Collaboration & Capa城市 Management

• Collaborate closely with foundries and OSATs to build and execute resilient manufacturing plans, ensuring sufficient capa城市 to meet rolling business 要求.
• Lead regular operational re查看s with external suppliers to monitor build plans, vendor performance, and risk-mitigation activities.
• Act as the primary escalation point for manufacturing, capa城市, and delivery bottlenecks, coordinating cross-功能al 动作 for timely resolution.

Risk Management & Analytics

• Proactively identify supply chain risks including material shortages, capa城市 constraints, and delivery disruptions, and drive alignment with internal 团队s and external partners.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to 后退log coverage, supply attainment, forecast consumption, inventory health, and capa城市 utilization.

Systems & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure data integrity within ERP (SAP) and PLM (Arena) systems to maintain accurate planning and supply commitments.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and supply chain agility.

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, supply planning, production planning, or procurement within the semiconductor industry.
• Pr烤箱 experience in fabless semiconductor operations with direct engagement with foundries and OSAT partners.
• Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems with hands-on planning and execution experience.
• Experience with inventory optimization methodologies including JIT, VMI, and 其他 supply chain best practices.
• SAP and PLM experience is a plus.
