Job Description

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, VBA, and automation tools.
  • APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities 

    End-to-End Supply Planning & Execution

    • Formulate and maintain comprehensive supply plans across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test phases, balancing customer backlog and demand forecasts against manufacturing capacity.
    • Direct production schedules, managing wafer starts and releases to consistently meet customer commitments and corporate revenue targets.
    • Optimize global inventory health, strategically balancing customer service levels with working capital and inventory-turn targets.

    Partner Collaboration & Capacity Management

    • Collaborate closely with foundries and OSATs to build and execute resilient manufacturing plans, ensuring sufficient capacity to meet rolling business requirements.
    • Lead regular operational reviews with external suppliers to monitor build plans, vendor performance, and risk-mitigation activities.
    • Act as the primary escalation point for manufacturing, capacity, and delivery bottlenecks, coordinating cross-functional actions for timely resolution.

    Risk Management & Analytics

    • Proactively identify supply chain risks including material shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery disruptions, and drive alignment with internal teams and external partners.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to backlog coverage, supply attainment, forecast consumption, inventory health, and capacity utilization.

    Systems & Continuous Improvement

    • Ensure data integrity within ERP (SAP) and PLM (Arena) systems to maintain accurate planning and supply commitments.
    • Champion continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and supply chain agility.

Requirements

    • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, supply planning, production planning, or procurement within the semiconductor industry.
    • Proven experience in fabless semiconductor operations with direct engagement with foundries and OSAT partners.
    • Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems with hands-on planning and execution experience.
    • Experience with inventory optimization methodologies including JIT, VMI, and other supply chain best practices.
    • SAP and PLM experience is a plus.
