The F2976 is a single-pole double-throw (SP2T) reflective RF switch featuring high linearity and wide bandwidth. This device is optimized from 5MHz to 1.8GHz to support downstream cable modem future migration for DOCSIS 3.1 applications and operates at up to 10GHz to support a multitude of wireless RF applications. Superb performance is achieved when used in either 50Ω or 75Ω terminating impedance applications.

Evaluation Board for F2976 High Linearity Broadband SP2T RF Switch

The F2976EVBI is a fully populated evaluation board, enabling easy RF evaluation of the product. It is available in 50Ω or 75Ω terminating impedance.

“Thru” calibration connectors are conveniently located on the eval board to simplify the calibration process prior to making any RF measurements. The RF through measurement (RF1 to RF2) can be made by applying the correct control logic voltage to the control pins as outlined in the datasheet. DC power, ground and the control voltages are applied to the pin header.
