Content Accuracy: Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and clarity of all 文档.
Process & Standards: Establish and follow 文档 standards, templates, and best practices for consistency and quality.
Cross-功能al Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing 团队s to gather 信息 and translate it into user-friendly content.
Content Management: Organize and manage 文档 in version-controlled systems and ensure timely up日期s.
Customer 支持 Materials: Develop 常见问题解答, troubleshooting guides, and training materials to assist customers and internal 团队s.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve 文档 processes and enhance user experience.

要求

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with semiconductor concepts, SoC 建筑学s, and hardware/software integration.
Tools: Proficiency in 文档 tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms.
Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
